HIGH SCHOOL QB LOOKING AT MSU

[Premium article] High school quarterback has MSU on his list.

Will Herring, who runs a 4.5 forty, is a 6-foot-3, 200-pound quarterback/safety from Opelika HS in Opelika, Alabama. On the season, Will has run and passed for a combined total of 1,600+ yards (800+ run, 800+ pass) this season, while running a Wing-T type offense. Will leads his 9-1 team into the playoffs this coming weekend.

Several colleges, including Mississippi State and Auburn are recruiting him. Here is my first interview with him.

Other than Mississippi State, what schools are recruiting you?
Will Herring: "I have been offered by Auburn and Middle Tennessee. Middle Tennessee offered me at their senior football camp early in the summer. I had a real good showing at their camp. They like me as a quarterback because I can run and throw. North Carolina State is calling me. I went to see them play against Virginia on an unofficial visit."
