Alaric is a player that schools have known about since his sophomore year as evidenced by the number of letters he is receiving.
Alaric said he has letters from, "Auburn, West Virginia, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Alabama, Notre Dame, Michigan, Southern Miss, Memphis and a few more. I'm receiving the most letters from Michigan, Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss and Notre Dame."
Although he didn't attend any college football camps last summer, that is going to change this summer.
"Alabama has asked me to come down there (for a camp). I would also consider Mississippi State, Tennessee, Memphis. And Ole Miss if they send me any information," said Alaric, of the schools that he is considering camping at.
As for schools that he is most interested in, Alaric is still very much open but has a tentative list.
"Florida State, Michigan, Mississippi State, probably Southern Miss, Tennessee," said Alaric of his early list. He also is interested in a few others due to their locations. "I also would like to go out to California. My uncle lives in Beverly Hills. Probably Georgia Tech in Atlanta. I went to Atlanta this summer."
Not only is Alaric doing well on the field, but he is also doing well off the field as evidenced by his solid academic achievement in the classroom.
With over 100 tackles last season, good size (6-3, 230), good speed (4.8), good strength (315 BP, 405 SQ), youth (won't be 17 until April) and a solid performance in the classroom, look for Alaric's stock to continue to rise in recruiting circles.
