Ndamukong Suh Profile

Have you had any in-home visits?
"I have one scheduled with Mississippi State on the 10th of December. That's it for right now."

Are any other schools talking to you about in-home visits?
"Oregon State is talking about it as well."

What schools have you officially visited?
"I have officially visited Oregon State which was two weeks ago. I've been to Nebraska and Mississippi State."

What have you learned about each of the schools that you have officially visited?
"I've gotten to see not only their athletics but their academics. That's really what the visits were for."

Who else are you visiting?
"I am going to visit Miami this weekend (Dec. 3rd)."

Have you thought about who will be your 5th visit?
"I'm not sure if I will take my fifth visit, but I am still looking to see if there is someone else out there."

When will you make your college decision?
"I will probably make my decision after the Miami trip."

Do you have the schools ranked?
"I really don't have a ranking. Those four schools are pretty much on an even plane."

What are your feelings about Mississippi State?
"I think it could be a great fit, but one of the things that discouraged me a little bit is the fact that they are on probation. And I understand that it is not Coach Croom and his staff that got them put on probation, but I don't like that they are on probation right now. Other than that, I have a great feel for them."

What do you think about Oregon State now that you have officially visited them?
"They are another great fit, but it's just that I'm not sure if I'm going to want to stay in-state or not. If I were to stay in-state, then I would most definitely go there. But I'm looking to get out and see what the world has to offer me."

What do you think about Nebraska?
"I like them a lot. They are kind of in a good situation because they are in the middle of the country. And they have a great recruiting class based on what I have seen so far. I have a great feel for the coaches there. And I know that I have a chance to play early if I were to go there."

Have all the schools told you that you have a chance to play early?
"They said I could definitely work toward playing early."

Is playing early a major factor in your recruitment?
"Yes, it is."
