Mississippi State is now tied with Mississippi for the second best record in the SEC West.

Mississippi State (20-7, 7-6) concludes a two-game homestand with Arkansas coming in Wednesday night. Game time is set for 7 p.m. and will be televised by Jefferson Pilot.

Mississippi State basketball signee Stephen Cowherd and his family were at the game. (Stephen is the second to the right.) Stephen told me that he plans on coming in during the second semester of summer school.
