Tay is about 6-3 to 6-4 and weighs 175 pounds. He is a young freshman who won't be 18 years old until mid-August.
What did you try to accomplish the first part of the summer?
"I tried to get stronger, faster and better at what I do."
Have you seen any improvements during the summer?
"Yes sir, I have. I have probably gotten better with my weightlifting. I've probaby gotten stronger."
What do you hope to accomplish during the second summer session of workouts?
"I want to get stronger. I also want to earn me a spot on the team this year, maybe even a starting spot."
As far as you personally, what would be your best fantasy for the upcoming football season?
"I hope to show them what I can do and, maybe, be a starter on the Bulldog team. And play well."
What position are the MSU coaches expecting to play you this season?
"They recruited me for DB, but I think Coach Croom would like for me to play receiver."
What do you prefer?
"It doesn't matter to me. I am going to do whatever is best for the team."
