Jackie Baker of Macon and Brenda Higgenbotham of Starkville picked a tailgate party just prior to the Egg Bowl on Saturday to exchange their wedding vows. Hundreds of friends, family member and an enormous number of total strangers crowded around to witness the event. The minister had barely gotten out the official decree "I now pronounce you man and wife," when the crowd went wild.

He'd discussed running back Jerious Norwood's brilliance and the pride he feels in his senior class. Then he turned his sights on MSU's next game.
