Basketball Call-In Show Begins January 5

The first seven weeks of play have given Bulldog basketball fans plenty to talk about. Starting this week, they can take their questions and comments directly to the coach as Dawgs Talk with Rick Stansbury debuts Thursday evening.

Another season of Dawgs Talk tips off January 5, airing from 7:00 to 8:00 every Thursday in January and February. This year's show moves back to Thursday evening after airing on Mondays in 2005. But the location remains the same, as Dawgs Talk airs from The Grill on Maxwell Street in Starkville's Cotton District.

And Mississippi State fans are welcome to join legendary ‘voice of the Bulldogs' Jack Cristil and Coach Rick Stansbury at The Grill, not just to listen but to offer their questions and comments live on-air. The radio audience can call in nation-wide and toll-free at 1-888-808-8637. Also, subscribers to MSU's own ‘Maroon to the Max' service can watch the show live on-line.

A state-wide lineup of 24 radio affiliates from the Mississippi State basketball network is carrying the hour-long show.
