What do you feel are your strengths as a football player?
"My speed and quickness and being able to get to the ball so fast."
What do you feel you need to improve on as a football player?
"I need to get better at using my hands, use more technique. Last year, I didn't know much (about using my hands). I just came off the ball and looked to see where the ball was. The two programs I was at before coming here didn't really stress technique."
Where were you prior to Greenville Weston High School?
"My 9th grade year I was in Lafayette, Louisiana. My 10th grade year was my first year back."

"I believe I had 99 tackles and 14 or 15 sack. I can't remember but I do know that I led the state (5A classification) in sacks."
What personal goals do you have for next year; honors that you would like to earn?
"Because they have kind of looked over me, I would really like to earn All-State honors or Dandy Dozen honors and be one of the top players in the state. If I could average 2 to 3 sacks per game, I would be happy with that. I would also like to score off an interception."
Have you ever scored off an interception?
"No sir, I had an interception, but I got like five yards down the field and a lineman cut me."
Have you earned any honors during your football career?
"I was selected as a Delta Dandy Dozen (at the end of the 2001 season). That is one of the top 12 players in the Delta. I also made first-team All-Conference."
Who selected you to the Delta Dandy Dozen?
"The coaches in the Delta."
Did you attend any football camps last summer?
"Yes sir, Mississippi State and Ole Miss."
I know you and your three teammates attended the Nike Camp in Tuscaloosa this past April. Are you going to attend any college football camps this summer?

Did you attend any college football games last fall?
"Yes sir, I went to Jackson State against Alcorn State."
What about any spring football games?

"Yes sir, I'm a real big fan of Tennessee. When they played Mississippi State in the SEC Championship, I was hooked. I was like I've got to go to that college. I have been working ever since then (to go there)."
What schools are mailing you letters?
"Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Southern Miss, Auburn, LSU, Notre Dame, Colorado, West Virginia, Duke, South Carolina, and Alabama. I think that is it."
What schools are you most interested in?
"LSU, Tennessee, and Ole Miss because they are close. And also Auburn."
That about does it, Quenton. Thanks for taking the time to talk to me.
