Several schools recruited Kyle.
"A lot of schools recruited me," said the 6-2, 315-pounder. "South Carolina recruited me. Tennessee was recruiting me. Memphis, Mississippi State and Tulane recruited me."
As for offers, he's received four.
"The schools that offered me are Memphis, Mississippi State, Tulane and Akron," said Kyle, who is being recruited as a defensive lineman.
One school is currently at the top of his list.
"The school that I like right now is Memphis because I just visited them," he said. "I like everything about them right now. They have the total package such as the city, the coaches and players. And I feel like I can fit in there. Most people say you shouldn't go to Conference-USA because there is no competition, but I feel like anywhere you go there will be competition."
Although Memphis is number 1, he definitely has strong interest in Mississippi State.
"They showed interest in me and I was open to any college that was interested in me," he commented. "And my mom and dad kind of like Mississippi State because their coach came and visited us at our house. And they got a couple of more points because they brought their head coach in before any other teams brought their head coach in. I also think they were the first team to actually start calling me."
He already has an idea when he will commit and what will be the deciding factor.
"I am going to commit Sunday," said Kyle. "It will come down to what I like the most."
Check back Sunday to find out who receives good news from Kyle Sunday night.
