Co-Eric Riley in it for the Long Haul

Co-Eric Riley, one of the top junior college wide receivers in the nation, plans to take all five of his official visits before making a decision.

There has been at least one report that Co-Eric Riley is about to commit to Ole Miss. Any truth to that?

"No, I haven't committed to Ole Miss," said Co-Eric. "That's just a rumor. I'm going to wait and take all of my five visits."

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College head coach Steve Campbell agrees 100% with Co-Eric's decision.

"All Co-Eric needs to be thinking about is his academics," said Coach Campbell. "Recruiting can come later. He's not going to commit to anyone now. He'll take all of his official visits, then make a decision."

As for the rumor, does Co-Eric have any idea why the rumor is out there?

"I don't know," he said. "It's probably just some coach saying that, but I haven't committed to Ole Miss."

Now that the rumor is dead in the water, what about some facts, such as what schools have recently called Co-Eric.

"I've talked to LSU, South Carolina, Southern Miss, Alabama and (Mississippi) State," said the 6-2, 205-pounder. "I'm also going to LSU on the 4th for their Junior Day."

Keep it right here for facts, not rumors, about Co-Eric's recruitment.
