Although his focus is on this Friday's 4A playoff game against Itawamba AHS, Jamariey took time out of his busy schedule to talk a little recruiting.

As many of you know, there have been question marks about how strong Jamariey's commitment to Mississippi State is. He set the record straight in this interview.

"I'm solid. That's where I am going. I'm taking other visits, but I'm State for sure," he said. "I'm taking my visit to State in January. I've set up visits to Alabama and Ole Miss, but that's only because my parents want me to go visit other schools just to look and check out other things. But I'm solid where I'm going."

When will he take those three visits?

"Ole Miss' visit is December 8th. We've talked with Alabama, but we haven't set an official date," explained Jamariey. "I think the one with State is the week of the 21st, but I'm not sure."

It looks like those three will be the only schools he officially visits.

"No other school has talked to me about setting up an official visit," noted Jamariey, who also has received scholarship offers from LSU and Southern Miss.
