SOUTHAVEN, MS - The DeSoto Dawgs, the DeSoto County chapter of the MSU Alumni Association, will be hosting a MSU-Oregon TV party Sat., Aug. 31st, at the Northcreek restaurant in Southaven. VICKSBURG, MS - The Warren County chapter of the MSU Alumni Association will be gathering at Jacques cafe in the Battlefield Inn to watch the game. They will have free food, door prizes and a big screen TV.

ATLANTA, GA - The Mississippi State Atlanta Alumni Club will be meeting at 6 pm (Eastern) at Jocks-N-Jills in Midtown (Peachtree Road Northeast & 10 Street, Phone # 404-873-5405) for the 2002 season opener against Oregon. BIRMINGHAM, AL - Your fellow Birmingham Mississippi State alumni are getting together this Saturday to watch the Bulldogs do a little Duck hunting. Game time is 5 p.m. (CT) and we have the big screen reserved at Damon's on Highway 31 in Hoover. Bring your cowbell and that's it -- there's no cover charge! We hope to see you there.

CORDOVA, TN - MSU fans will watch the game at the Fox and Hound in Cordova, TN.

DALLAS, TX - The Dallas Dawgs Alumni Chapter reserves a large TV screen at Cassidy's Sports Bar in Dallas for all MSU televised football games. HOUSTON, TX - The Houston chapter of the MSU Alumni Association will view the game at the B.U.S. at Enron Field. They will be gathering about 30 minutes before kickoff. All alumni and friends of MSU are welcome and encouraged to attend!

HUNTSVILLE, AL - The Huntsville chapter of the MSU Alumni Association will be watching the game at Bobby G's. It is just off of University Drive (main east-west street and also Hwy. 72) at about the 4300 block (close to U of Ala in Huntsville). The address is actually 1009 Henderson Rd. There should be a good sized crowd there and the food is good and the beer is cold.

LITTLE ROCK, AR - There will be a watch party in Little Rock. It will be in the restaurant in the lobby of the Embassy Suites hotel.

MOBILE, AL - The Mobile MSU Alumni Association group will be meeting and watching the game at the Sports Bar at 250 Dauphin Street downtown. They have reserved the room upstairs and it has four big screen TVs. Food and drink are available and children are welcome.
