Fant Suspended One Game for Secondary Violation

Due to a secondary violation that MSU self-reported earlier this week, MSU junior starting quarterback Kevin Fant has been suspended by the NCAA for one game, the Oregon game. According to my sources, the violation did not involve a university or athletic department credit card as has been reported in the media and on message boards. My sources went on to say this issue has been completely resolved with the NCAA ruling that Fant will serve a one-game suspension for the secondary violation.

Folks, I realize the rumors are rampant, but the above information are the facts. This issue has been resolved and is over.
