Senior forward Charles Rhodes collected All-SEC honors for the third time in his impressive career. Rhodes was selected to the league's second team after both his sophomore and junior seasons.
Tennessee was selected by the media as the favorite to win the overall SEC conference title followed by Mississippi State who received two votes. The Volunteers and Bulldogs were the only two programs to receive overall title votes from the 30 member panel.
Despite picking up a pair of votes to win the overall title, the Bullodgs are picked second in the west behind Arkansas.
