MSU Commitment Scoreboard Update 11/9

The MSU Commitment Scoreboard Update is a free weekly feature that allows you the fan to keep up with how the future Bulldogs are doing in their final high school seasons.

Trevor Stigers and Ridgeland saw their magical season come to an end this past Friday night as John Paul Alford and Koscuisko upset the Titans 20-9, in first round playoff action. Ridgeland ends the season at 10-1 and Kosciusko improves to 7-4.

Arceto Clark and Shannon (10-1) are up next for John Paul and his teammates. Shannon got by Lafayette County 21-14 this past weekend.

Delmon Robinson and Vicksburg fell to West Point 24-14 to conclude their 2007 season.

Joshua Jackson and the Canton Tigers wound up on the short end of a 47-19 decision with West Lauderdale. CHS ends the season at 8-3.

Templeton Hardy and North Panola were ousted from the state playoffs by Charleston. CHS rolled over NPHS 48-20.

Terrance Davis sat out his team's contest this weekend with Madison County due to an aggravation of his earlier hamstring injury. The Seminoles marched on to victory 31-11 and will host a first round playoff game this week.

Corey Broomfield made an impact on Bayside's season finale. Corey took a punt back 54 yards for the final touchdown of his high school career. The 49-8 win over Viera ups Bayside's record to 7-3, but they will miss the state playoffs.

Charles Bailey and Bartram Trail will make the state playoffs after enjoying a bye week this weekend. BTHS will host Pine Forest next week.

Kirkland Gainous and Lincoln shamed cross town rival Godby 47-14 before a nationally televised FOXSports audience. The Trojans move their record to 9-1 on the season.

Bo Walters and Briarwood marched trough Butler 42-0 in 1st round playoff action this past Friday night. The Lions will host Russellville next week.

Devin Jones, Antonio Hoskins, Montario Patterson, Nelson Hurst, Baker Swedenburg and Kendrick Cook have all concluded their final high school seasons.
