"I have an offer from Mississippi State," said Harris, who recorded 112 tackles, including 11 sacks. "Alabama is also showing interest in me."
A very versatile player, Harris started at three different positions on the defensive side of the ball this past season.
"I am an all-around player," said the 6-2, 200-pounder with 4.6 speed in the forty. "I can play linebacker, safety and defensive end."
Of those three positions, he prefers one over the other two.
"I like linebacker because I can make more tackles there," explaned Harris.
And that's the same position MSU is recruiting him for.
"Mississippi State is recruiting me for linebacker," confirmed Harris.
And MSU is one of the schools that have made his early list of favorites.
"My favorite schools are Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi State, LSU and Auburn," noted Harris.
Although plans are still being made as far as summer camps are concerned, one school appears definite with another one possible.
"I know I'm going to Mississippi State's camp, and probably Alabama's," said Harris.
