Hardy Talks About His MSU Visit

North Panola (Sardis, MS) High School defensive tackle Templeton Hardy talks about his official visit to Mississippi State.

What are your thoughts about your visit?
Templeton Hardy - "I liked it. All the coaches were nice. All of us recruits all hung out together. Coach Croom gave a good motivation speech."

Did you get to talk to your position coach? If so, what did you think about him?
"Yes sir, David Turner. He is a nice, down-to-earth guy. He told me to be prepared to work when I get there. If I work hard during the offseason, I should have a starting spot."

What position are they looking at for you?
"Defensive tackle."

Who was your player-host? And what did you think about him?
"Quentin Saulsberry. He's crazy (laugh). I had a lot of fun with him."

Did you form a bond with any of the other recruits?
"Yes sir, Devin Jones and Arceto Clark. We hung out and got to know each other. We all had a lot of things in common and have some common goals."

Was it fun to be around so many guys that you will be playing with next season?
"Yes sir. We have a lot to live up to."

What did this do as far as your commitment to Mississippi State?
"It just made it stronger."
