Receives New Offer

Clay-Chalkville High School (Pinson, AL) lefthanded pitcher Adam Windsor already had offers from Alabama and UAB. You can now add another SEC school to his offer list.

"Mississippi State offered me today," said an excited Adam Windsor. "(MSU pitching coach) Butch Thompson made the offer."

With the offer, Windsor now has three - Alabama, UAB and Mississippi State.

And those may not be his last offers.

"Samford's coach is coming by Monday and he's going to make an offer then," said Windsor. "I'm also going to visit Auburn pretty soon and it's possible they may offer also, although I'm not really sure."

As for his favorite schools, he likes something about each school.

"I like Alabama, Mississippi State, UAB and Auburn. And I like Samford, too," said Windsor.

He explained things he likes about each.

"It's always been a dream to go there. My entire family are Alabama fans. And I love the campus."

Mississippi State
"It's the same thing at Mississippi State. I love the campus also. And I love their coaches."

"My dad went to school there. And I have a good relationship with their coaches, (assistant) Coach (Perry) Roth and (head) Coach (Brian) Shoop."

"They have a good recruiting class coming in and I expect them to be good soon. And I love the atmosphere down there."

"I really like their coaches. And their campus is great."

With three offers on the books and two others possibly coming soon, he anticipates making his college choice soon.

"I will probably commit within the next two to three weeks," said Windsor.
