"They showed us a lot of hospitality. We had a lot of good eating going on. I had a chance to meet some of the football players while I was there. They told me some things about the program this year. They have a lot of talent in and they are going to look pretty good this year. With a new offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator, they should be better on both sides of the football. I got to hang out with the football players, so I had a real good time."
Who were some of the current MSU players and recruits that you hung out with?
"My host was Bryson Davis. I hung out with him and (Marvin) Byrdsong. The recruits that I hung out with was my boy Jason Husband from Jim Hill, Quinton McCrary and a guy named Brad Horton from Georgia."
You mentioned the new coordinators earlier, did you get to meet your position coach, Morris Watts?
"I met him last week when he came to the school."
Did you get to talk to him more during the official visit?
"Yes sir, he had a chance to tell me more in-depth about what they would be doing on offense."
What was your impression of him?
"I liked what he said they would be was saying. It was pretty simple what he said they would be doing, with the name concepts and number concepts."
Who do you visit next?
Any other schools after that?
Do you have an order you can rank the schools after this visit?
"No sir, not right now. They are pretty much all the same. I'm going to talk it over with my family, then I'm going to make a decision."
I appreciate you talking to me, Jeremy.
"Alright, bye, bye."
