Dylan Intemann has been holding onto an offer from NC State for quite some time and the Wolfpack still top his list.
The 6-5, 290-pound lineman from Wake Forest-Rolesville was one of the many prospects in Raleigh on Sunday, and like the others Pack Pride has spoken with, he thoroughly enjoyed himself.
"I definitely learned a lot about the school. I know a lot more about them than I knew before today," Intemann said on Sunday. "I learned a lot about the campus and stuff. I talked to coach Horton, the offensive line coach. I talked with him for a while about technique and stuff.
"I'm definitely considering going there. It's a great school. I like the coaches a lot. I really like the offensive line coach a lot. They have great facilities. State's probably my favorite just because they were the first to offer and I've gotten to know the coaches and the school really well."
While it sure sounds as though the Pack will be difficult to overcome over the long haul, there is some competition for Intemann. Wake Forest and East Carolina have extended offers to the junior lineman.
"Next weekend I'm going to Wake Forest for a junior day. I'm going to check out their campus and see how that is. I really want to talk to their coaches. I haven't really talked to East Carolina."
Intemann said he will probably wait until after his senior season to make his decision. He doesn't want to jump into anything too early, and he doesn't want to have to back out of a verbal pledge.
Intemann also admitted that there are a couple of schools that he would also love to hear from.
"I definitely like Georgia Tech a lot," he said. "I know some people down there so I'd like to hear from them. Georgia would be good, too. That's a real good school. But I've got offers and I'm happy with what I've got."
