2012 Running Back Eager To Visit Missouri

One of the top running backs in the Texas class of 2012 is excited about Mizzou, and talks about his future plans

Allen( TX) RB Jonathan Williams 5'11" 190 picked up his first offer from the Missouri Tigers recently, and the talented Texas back has been doing some serious homework on the Tigers since then.

Williams has been following Mizzou since his friend and teammate Brad McNulty committed to them last year. He told me that he always asked McNulty questions about Missouri and began following them.

Now, Williams will be traveling with Brad to visit the Tigers for the Black and Gold game on April 16th.

"I decided to go to the Mizzou spring game with Brad McNulty" said Williams by text message. "I can't wait to get up there…I have been researching them and I can really see myself going there. I want to major in journalism, and they are a great school for that."

Williams also said that a decision might happen this spring if he likes everything in a school he visits.

"I just wanna meet the coaches and talk about playing time and stuff like that," added Williams. "They're a great school and I am really excited about them."

Williams ran for over 2,000 yards and 19 TDs during his junior season in 2010.
