ShowMeMizzou.com spoke to Jehu Saturday night after returning home from his visit to get his thoughts on the day and if a possible offer might be in the future for him.
"The whole experience was great!",said Chesson. "I got a glimpse of how they do everything there with the scrimmage. I got a chance to talk with Coach Hill, Coach Yost and Coach Pinkel. I did not get an offer, but they want me to come back up and take another visit and camp with them."
Chesson liked what he saw out of the offense at the scrimmage.
"I saw their quick tempo offense and I liked it a lot.",said Chesson. I feel that my skills would be perfect for that. I could see myself being very successful in it."
Jehu also told me that his parents who made the trip with him also like the trip and that his little brother who is 10 years old is a big Missouri fan and enjoyed the day as well.
Despite not having an offer from the Tigers, Jehu says that Missouri is among his top schools and he still hopes to receive one down the line.
" I don't really keep a list of top 5 schools or anything, but right now Mizzou would be one one of the schools that I like the most. I feel that we would be a good fit for each other. I could produce for them and help them, and they could produce for me could help me reach my goals as far as football and an education go."
Chesson has an early offer from Illinois and will hit the road for another visit soon.
"I will be visiting Miami(FL) in the next week or so. That will interesting to see what that is like."
