" I'm not sure if we will be roommates at Missouri, but after becoming good friends on our visit to Mizzou we talked about it."
Clarence also told me that his rehab from an injury he sustained during his senior season has went well and he is lifting weights and running to get ready for his move to Columbia in June.

Williams tells me that the Tigers are his current leader and that he is looking forward to meeting the staff and seeing where he might fit with the program. If things are to his liking could a commitment be far behind?

In other recruiting news and rumor:
It is starting to look like #1 QB in the 2012 class, Gunner Kiel, and #1 WR in the 2012, Dorial Green-Beckham, may wind up at the same school together. The short list of likely schools should that happen would be Missouri, Oklahoma or Alabama.
The two recently were at OU at the same time.
I have heard rumors that Kiel has been in contact with Mizzou a lot as of late.
Green-Beckham is also seriously considering Arkansas, a school which Kiel is not.
I hear that DGB is a fan of James Franklin as a person and a quarterback.
2013 QB Trent Hosick 6'2" 219 looks like the next Missouri QB who will be on the national stage for recruiting. Hosick was recently invited to the Elite 11 and nominated for the All-Madden team after break out performances at the Under Armour and Nike combines in Texas.
Hosick, who transferred from Ozark after his freshman year to Staley had to sit out last season. He has told me that he loves Missouri's offense and think he would be a good fit in it.
Trenton is heading to Oklahoma State's spring game along with recent Tiger offer Nathanael Lohn after being invited by the Cowboys.
I have written about 2014 OT Andy Bauer 6'5" 275 as being my top prospect in the 2014 class. An update regarding Andy who took recent visits to both Oregon and Miami.
The Miami visit reportedly went great. The Canes have pretty much indicated they will give him a verbal offer when they can.
Bauer is currently visiting Oregon as I write this. Mr. Bauer informs me that he's pretty much hearing from everybody questionnaire, camp
He is a player that will no doubt be high on the Tigers target list for the 2014 class.
A name to remember for 2015. Yes, I said 2015—which would be the incoming freshman class this fall—is 2015 QB Drew Lock 6'0" 190 He is a name to remember and keep an eye on this summer and beyond. Lock will be attending Lee's Summit(MO) high school and is a possible candidate to replace Tiger signee Corbin Berkstresser in coach Eric Thomas' high powered passing offense as a freshman.
Lock is also a standout basketball player who has made it on some national underclassmen lists for basketball as a G/F.
Drew is the son of former Missouri Tiger offensive lineman Andy Lock. The senior Lock played for the Tigers from 1986-89.
Speaking of basketball, new Tiger head coach Frank Haith and his new staff will have a strong group of prospects in the Missouri/Kansas/Illinois border area from the 2013 and 2014 classes to recruit.
Some of the top names include Raytown South F Ishmael Wainwright 6'6", Nolan Berry 6'8" F DeSmet, DeShawn Munson 6'3" G East St. Louis(IL), F Semi Olejeye 6'6" Ottawa (KS), Malcolm Hill 6'4" G Belleville (IL) East, Marcellus Lewis 5'11" PG Chaminade and Jordan Barnett 6'7" G/F CBC all have a chance to be top 100 national players in the 2013 class.
