Tiger Commit Brice Likes His Future Home

One of the many unofficial visitors this week was Louisiana DB and 2012 Missouri Tiger commit Kentrell Brice. He shares his thoughts on what he saw on his unofficial visit to his future school.

Missouri 2012 CB prospect Kentrell Brice 6'1" 175 Ruston (LA) committed to the Tigers a little over a month ago. On Monday, he was on campus for his first look at Mizzou. After he returned home, he took time to speak with ShowMeMizzou.com about his unofficial visit, and updated us on his commitment status.

"It was real good," said Brice, talking about his unofficial visit. "It was real nice. The football facilities really impressed me the most, because they're better than most I've seen."

"I got to sit down and talk with Coach Pinkel and Coach Ford," said the quiet, soft-spoken Brice, who also said that he met some of the current Missouri players.

Brice was very perceptive, with respect to Coach Pinkel.

"I think he's a good coach. He really cares about his players, and he likes to win," Brice said, describing his impression of the Missouri Head Coach.

He also had good things to say about Coach Ford.

"Coach Ford is a real nice guy," said Brice, talking about his first meeting with his future position coach. "He's very cool, and he knows football."

Brice confirmed that he's solidly committed to Missouri. He's planning to return to Missouri for an official visit sometime during the season. Brice is on schedule to graduate in May, and he will likely be on campus at Missouri in June.
