Kuhn Makes Mizzou Stop Among His Visits

The state of Missouri is loaded with talented Division One offensive line prospects. The Missouri Tigers have had their share of them visiting recently, including St. Louis product Gabe Kuhn, who fills us in on his visit and where his recruitment is at.

The state of Missouri is loaded with quality offensive line prospects for the class of 2013.

We have reported on all of them, including St. Louis (MO) Lafayette HS OT Gabe Kuhn 6'5" 263, who recently made a couple of unofficial visits to Missouri and Illinois, and is going back on the road this weekend out West.

We spoke to Kuhn recently about his travels.

"I was at Missouri's scrimmage last Saturday," said Kuhn. "It was a lot of fun. I hung out with some other recruits who were there, Andy Bauer and Jack Kurzu. We had a lot of fun and it was good to see the Tigers in action. I got to watch how their lineman do things and how the coaches interact with the players. It was good."

I wondered if Missouri coaches said anything to him on his visit about recruiting?

"They said that they like my film and they would be in contact with me. They want me to camp with them coming up in a couple of months. My Dad spoke with them about that. I will be going to it I think in St. Louis for the one day camp."

Kuhn said that Missouri likes his athleticism and the fact that he can play multiple positions along the line both outside and inside.

Gabe also shared his thoughts on his Illinois visit.

"It was a good also. It was a spring practice and I got to see a lot and I got a chance to take with coaches. It was a lot like with Missouri. They are evaluating me and want me to camp with them as well."

Up next for Kuhn is a visit out West, and then another Midwest visit.

"I am going to San Diego State this weekend for an unofficial visit. I have been speaking with those coaches for a while now and they really seem to like me. I am looking for to that. Then I will be headed to Northern Illinois for sure, and then possibly a few other schools this spring,"said Kuhn.

ShowMeMizzou.com will continue to follow Gabe Kuhn's recruitment for the latest updates.
