One Last Visit For Hannon

Kansas City (MO) Rockhurst Offensive Lineman Zach Hannon had narrowed his focus to two schools a couple of weeks ago, but one other school is still apparently under consideration for the 2013 standout's services.

Almost two weeks ago when Kansas City (MO) Rockhurst OG Zach Hannon 6'4" 300lbs announced that he had narrowed his schools to two, Nebraska and Arkansas, he told that Missouri was "not completely out of the picture yet".  It appears as though that is still the case as we have the latest regarding Hannon's recruitment and a final unofficial visit that will take place. has learned that Zach will be taking a final unofficial visit to Missouri on Monday.

"Yes Sir! I will be at Missouri on Monday morning at 11am for a unofficial visit,"said Hannon.

I asked Zach is this meant that Missouri was still in the picture with him for his possible commitment?

"Yeah. I mean, I Arkansas and Nebraska are my top two and I want to decide real soon, but I still like Missouri," said Hannon regarding why he was taking this last visit.

And what have the Tiger coaches had to say to him as of late about his recruitment and Mizzou?

"Just that they really want me and the offer is definitely still on the table and everything."

Hannon will be visiting on a day along with several other Missouri commits, including the Tigers current offensive line commitments Harneet Gill, Clay Rhodes and Alec Abeln who will be on campus on Monday. Players Hannon has developed a friendship with.

I asked Zach if this last visit might help he decide and possibly in Missouri's favor?

"I mean, it always helps going there with other commits, so you never know," said Hannon with a laugh.

Another Missouri target will be on campus on Monday with Hannon telling me that he plans on bringing Jamone Boyd along with him on the unofficial visit.

Boyd has Missouri as one of his final schools and the two friends have discussed going to the same school together.

I asked Hannon is his plan was still to announce before the start of his senior season?

"Yeah, I think so. I am still deciding when to do it." will talk with Zach Hannon following his unofficial visit to Missouri and have an update then.
