Hall Is Ready For A New Start At Missouri

The University of Missouri has picked up a transfer offensive lineman from the University of Mississippi who they originally recruited coming out of Russellville (AR) high school. ShowMeMizzou.com has his thoughts on joing the Tigers and where he may fit in.

ShowMeMizzou.com spoke with new Missouri Tiger Offensive Lineman Mitch Hall 6'6" 325 following his decision to transfer to the University of Missouri from Ole Miss this week.

"I decide on Monday that I wanted to come play at Mizzou," said Hall. "It felt like the time was right for a change after Coach Nutt's firing, and my brother's situation, that I needed a change and after thinking about it for awhile now decided to do it. Missouri is a school that I felt comfortable with the coaches and the environment and what they do, so I picked them," he said.

Hall, who red-shirted as a freshman, said that he will sit out this year and have 3 years of eligibility remaining as a Missouri Tiger.

I asked him about where he saw himself playing along the Missouri offensive line?

"I have played Left Tackle, Right Tackle and Right Guard. I am familiar with those positions and I am willing to play wherever the coaches want me to that will help the team. I'm just ready to get going and be a Tiger,"said Hall.
