Missouri Picks Up Second Commit Of Weekend

The Missouri Tigers might have lost to number one Alabama this weekend, but they won in the recruiting game as they added their second football commitment today from a Florida defensive lineman.

Pensacola (FL) West Tech DT Nate Crawford 6'4" 260 had been on the Missouri Tigers target board since this summer, and as ShowMeMizzou.com reported yesterday, Crawford was on his official visit to see Mizzou this weekend.

The visit went well as moments ago Crawford messaged ShowMeMizzou.com telling us of his verbal commitment to Mizzou.

"I'm a Tiger now,"said Crawford in a text message alerting us to his decision to pledge to play football at the University of Missouri.

"It feels great to be a Tiger. The visit was good and it just feels like family here to me," added Crawford when asked about his decision.

ShowMeMizzou.com will have more on Nate Crawford's decision coming soon.
