This past weekend, Missouri received an unofficial visit from 2014 CB prospect Christopher Murphy 5’11” 180 Marietta (GA) Lassiter. Murphy is a former teammate of Missouri freshman QB Eddie Printz, and he and his father spent parts of Friday and Saturday checking out the Tigers. After he returned home, Murphy spoke with ShowMeMizzou.com, and he talked about his visit, and he updated us on his recruitment.

Murphy reports offers from Akron, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Oklahoma State, Purdue, Utah, Vanderbilt, Virginia, Wake Forest, Washington State, and West Virginia, in addition to Missouri.
Murphy reports a personal best of 4.4 seconds in the forty, 4.1 in the shuttle, and a 37” standing vertical. He’s on pace to graduate from high school in December.
“I’m going to narrow things down in about a month or so,” explained Murphy. “And then, I’ll probably decide somewhere between the end of my spring practice and the middle of the summer.”
