Missouri Drops In On Georgia Linebacker

Earlier this week, ShowMeMizzou.com spoke with a standout Georgia linebacker, who told us how the Missouri Tigers have entered into his recruitment. He filled us in on the details regarding Mizzou and his overall recruitment.

Earlier this week, ShowMeMizzou.com spoke with 2014 LB prospect KeShun Freeman  6’3”  225   Hogansville (GA) Callaway, who tells us that Missouri has entered his recruitment.

“I’m not really sure if Missouri has offered me, but they have been recruiting me,”   explained Freeman.    “Coach Grinch was here last week at one of our spring practices.”

Freeman reports that he currently holds offers from Boston College, Clemson, Duke, Georgia Tech, Harvard, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Stanford, Tennessee, and West Virginia, among others.   He’s previously identified Tennessee and Georgia Tech as his top two schools.

His personal best in the forty-yard dash is 4.57 seconds.   He’s done 12 reps at 225 pounds in the bench press.

Freeman said that he expects to be speaking with Coach Grinch in the days or weeks ahead.   A Missouri offer would grab Freeman’s interest.

“Coach Grinch said that their plans are to offer me,”   explained Freeman.    “I would be excited about a Missouri offer.   It would let me know that they are very interested in me, and I would look into them more.”

Freeman’s already visited Duke, Georgia Tech, and Tennessee.  He’s planning to visit Stanford next month.

He’s planning to make a decision in June.
