On Thursday, 2014 QB prospect Kilton Anderson 6’3” 205 Sammamish (WA) Skyline made an unofficial visit to Missouri during the Tigers’ team camp. Afterwards, Anderson spoke with ShowMeMizzou.com, and he talked about his Missouri visit, and he updated us on the status of his recruitment.
“I loved it,” said Anderson when I asked him about his visit to Missouri. “It was a quick trip, but from what I saw, I really liked it. I enjoyed the campus, and I enjoyed the coaches.”
“I got to see the campus a little bit,” continued Anderson. “It seems like a great place, and a great school!”
Anderson currently holds offers from Penn and South Alabama. He’s awaiting an offer from Missouri. He’s hearing from Colorado, Idaho, Northern Illinois, Oregon State, Washington, and Wyoming, among others.
“Missouri would be a great offer,” said Anderson.
He also said that he’d like to make a decision prior to his senior season, but he’s not ready to make a decision just yet.
“It’s really early in the process,” explained Anderson. “I’d like to take a more detailed look at it.”
At Skyline, the athletic Anderson is playing in a spread offense, which will allow him to develop as a passer.
“We’re in a spread-pistol type offense (at Skyline),” explained Anderson.
The next step in Anderson’s recruitment involves an assessment of his options. Will Missouri offer, and become an option for the talented signal caller?
ShowMeMizzou.com will continue to follow Missouri’s recruitment of Anderson.
