Florida DE/LB Serious About Missouri Offer

The Missouri Tigers have extended an offer to a highly coveted defensive standout from the state of Florida, who shares his thoughts about both it, and the Mizzou football program, which is where his favorite player came from.

The Missouri Tigers have extended a scholarship offer to 2014 DE/LB prospect Sharieff Rhaheed 6’3” 215 Fort Pierce (FL) Central. Rhaheed took a few minutes to speak with ShowMeMizzou.com, and he talked about his interest in Missouri, and he updated us on his recruitment.

“I’m very serious about Missouri,” said Rhaheed. “I want to see the campus.”

Rhaheed currently holds offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Louisville, LSU, Marshall, Massachusetts, Memphis, Michigan State, Mississippi, North Carolina State, Oregon, Penn State, South Florida, Tennessee, UCF, and USC, among others, in addition to Missouri.

He said that in addition to Missouri, he’s also serious about Alabama, Arkansas, Louisville, Michigan State, Oregon and Tennessee.

Rhaheed is planning a mid-season decision.

He reports personal bests of 4.70 seconds in the forty-yard dash, to go along with a 34” vertical jump and a 4.4-second shuttle.

Rhaheed said that he has developed a good relationship with Missouri Assistant Coach Craig Kuligowski. He indicated that he’s planning an early-season official visit to Missouri. He intimated that his favorite player is a former Missouri defensive lineman.

“My favorite player is Aldon Smith,” said Rhaheed. “He went to Missouri.”
