Wallace Talks Upcoming Visit

ShowMeMizzou.com has another update on St. Louis (MO) CBC OL Brian Wallace a couple of weeks after breaking that the Missouri Tigers were back among his top schools he was considering again for his college destination. Come inside and get the latest.

ShowMeMizzou.com was first to report a couple of weeks ago that 2014 St. Louis (MO) CBC OT Brian Wallace 6'6"295 had a change of heart regarding the Missouri Tigers football program after previously eliminating them from his list of school and had them back among his top 5 final teams he was considering. I spoke with Wallace on Friday following his team's win over SLUH and Friday to get another update.

"I will be taking my official visit there the weekend of the A&M game on the 30th," said Wallace.

Brian had taken an unofficial visit to Missouri for the Tennessee game and came away impressed with the experience.

"I really loved it when I went up there. I loved the atmosphere. How the team played. How the fans reacted. It was a good time."

Wallace, who has a top 5 of Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas and Alabama as well as Missouri sees the Tigers as a real option as to where he could wind up going to school.

"Yes, sir, I could see myself playing there," said Wallace in respond to the question on if he saw Mizzou as a place he felt he could see himself headed to.

Brian Wallace shook hands with SLUH ATH Raymond Wingo (a player also considering Missouri)  and spoke briefly with him following the game. The two are friends, so I asked Brian if the two had discussed going to Missouri or any other college together?

"No, sir. We haven't really talked about it as of late. We've mentioned college but have not talked going to the same school."

Up next for Brian Wallace is a district championship game against Hazelwood Central.
