Georgia Duo Set To Visit Missouri

The Missouri Tigers will be hosting a Georgia duo on their official visits coming up soon, and ShowMeMizzou.com has the latest details on the related prospects and their recruitment.

Recently, ShowMeMizzou.com spoke with 2014 safety prospect Thomas Wilson 5’11” 182 Buford (GA), who is verbally committed to Missouri. Wilson updated us on his recruitment.

Wilson is solidly committed to Missouri over offers from Georgia Tech, Illinois, Mississippi State, North Carolina, South Florida, Syracuse, Tennessee, UCF, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Wilson reported that he has already taken unofficial visits to Georgia Tech, North Carolina, Tennessee, and UCF.

“I’m a hundred-percent committed to Missouri,” said Wilson, who said that Missouri is the only official visit that he’s going to take.

Wilson confirmed that he’ll be visiting Missouri on January 24, along with his twin brother, 2014 safety prospect Terrance Wilson 5’10” 185 4.5 35” Buford (GA). Missouri is recruiting Terrance Wilson as a preferred walk-on, and according to Thomas Wilson, his brother

“I’m faster,” replied Thomas Wilson, when I asked him which of the fraternal twins is faster? “But he would probably say that he’s faster……………………………….. I mean, I’m faster. He probably knows that, but he won't admit it.”

Thomas is recruiting his brother to Missouri. He said that Terrance, who has scholarship offers from Buffalo, Coastal Carolina, and Presbyterian, is interested in Missouri.

“I think there’s a pretty good chance that he’ll choose Mizzou,” explained Thomas Wilson, speaking of his brother, Terrance. “Hopefully, he does..………………………………………. He’d be a preferred walk-on the first year, and hopefully earn a scholarship after that.”

Thomas Wilson said that Coach Grinch likes him at safety, but that the Missouri coaches have told him that they think he could play on either side of the football, and that they’ll figure all of that out after he gets here.
