Running backs coach Thomas Brown has made it very apparent that the state of Georgia in a spot that Wisconsin will recruit vigorously. Unofficially offering over two dozen prospects in the 2015 and 2016 classes combined, Brown added to that total when he offered rising junior Tyrone Riley from Savannah Calvary Baptist.

"I got offered Wisconsin today," Riley told BadgerNation. "My head football coach and Wisconsin's running back coach wrote me to let me know. I'm gonna talk to him later when my mom gets off, but I was surprised by the offer. I appreciate the offer and opportunity that they have giving me."

With the offer being a bit of shocker to the 6-7, 230-pound defensive end, Riley is eager to learn more about his first Big Ten offer.

"I don't really know much about Wisconsin," said Riley. "I'm interested in everyone that's interested in me. I like to visit Wisconsin in the future. Distance also doesn't affect their chances with me."

Holding early offers from Cincinnati, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Old Dominion and Utah, Riley displays athleticism off the edge that causes him to be a physical matchup and cause many schools to try that try to get him to visit their campuses.

"I don't got a top list or anything yet, but … I am planning on going to Kentucky," he said. "I visited Ole Miss two weeks ago and Georgia Southern last week."
