"Things have changed kind of lately," Adams said when asked if his top three schools were still Georgia, Ole Miss, and Alabama. "Right now it's Ole Miss, Alabama, Florida, MSU and Missouri has been coming after me pretty hard too. I'd have to put them in there too."

What has Missouri been saying to catch's #197 overall ranked player in the country?

"They came to see me in the spring. Their defensive line coach came to see me. He was just saying the things that some of the other coaches are saying. He likes how I'm playing and thinks I'm really quick off of the ball. He was there for every play, so."

Which colleges came by to see the 2013 All-State selection play this spring?

"Ole Miss came by a few times. MSU did too. Alabama, Missouri and Florida came by too. There were a bunch of schools who came by."

What is the last trip the 6' 3", 260-pound Adams went on?

"It was Alabama. I took a trip up there for their spring game, and it looked pretty good. I talked to their coaches and got a chance to sit down with them for a minute. It went pretty good."

What did he hope to accomplish in the latest trip to Tuscaloosa?

"I just wanted to get a pretty good bond with the players and the coaches. I did that. That was pretty much it."

What stood out about Bama the most?

"To me, the facilities. They just blow your mind."

Any other trips on tap?

"Yeah, I'm going to Florida in June and going back to Alabama in June too. Those two are the only camps I have planned for now."

What is Florida telling's #11 rated defensive tackle?

"They said I fit real good into their program. I'm a versatile player and real quick off of the ball. They said I'm real good at that. They run a 4-3 and a 3-4, and they said I'd fit real good with their program right now."

What stands out the most about the Gators?

"Right now it's kind of surprising. They came in and offered me. Ever since they offered me I've been hearing from them just about every day."

What is going on with Ole Miss?

"Ole Miss is still recruiting me the same. Every day you know I hear from them. I talk to their coaches all of the time. I hear from coach (Hugh) Freeze, coach (Derrick) Nix, just about all of their coaches every day. They've probably been coming after me the hardest for a while now."

Georgia was on his previous list of top schools. What is going on with the Bulldogs?

"I haven't heard from Georgia in a while now. They're still in the mix, so."

Mississippi State is a place he's always been familiar.

"I still hear from them all of the time too. I pretty much know everything there is to know about Mississippi State with my brother being there. It's a good school."

Is there a timetable on a decision?

"Probably some time around late summer. Probably sometime in August, but like I tell everyone else, it could change. I would like to get focused on the season, but like I said, it could change but that is probably when I'll make a decision."

How did spring practice go for Brandon and Fletcher?

"Spring went pretty good. I was just trying to coach these younger guys and get them prepared for the season. I think I got better using my hands. I'm a versatile player and quick off the ball so I really wanted to keep working on my hands because I have pretty good hands. Just keep coming off of the ball. The main this year is I want to work on getting off low. Last year I got in a bad habit of playing too high so I really want to work on staying low."
