Hall Picks Up Missouri Offer On Thursday

n Thursday, Missouri extended a scholarship offer to 2015 WR prospect Emanuel Hall 6’3” 194 Franklin (TN) Centennial. Shortly afterward, Hall spoke with ShowMeMizzou.com, and he talked about the Missouri offer, his interest in Missouri , and he updated us on the current status of his recruitment.

“Missouri offered me today,” said Hall, who is friends with Missouri freshman Finis Stribling, from nearby Thompson’s Station. “It’s a great offer! I watched Missouri a lot last year. I kept up with them. They’re a very explosive team. I really like the where the program is going, and where the coaches have the program going. Finis says that he really likes it, so I’m really excited to get up there and meet the coaches and see the facilities and all that.”

Hall reported currently holding offers from Cincinnati, Iowa State, Kentucky, Louisville, Middle Tennessee State, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, South Florida, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt, in addition to Missouri. He’s already visited Louisville, Ole Miss, and Vanderbilt, and he’s planning to visit Missouri next month.

Hall said that he spoke with Missouri assistant Pat Washington.

“Coach Washington said that the Missouri staff reviewed my film, and that they think I can be an explosive player in their offense,” explained Hall. “He thinks I can make a huge difference in their offense. He said that he wants me to come for a visit, and meet the other coaches and, you know, be around the program a little bit.”

Hall is a multi-sport athlete who plays basketball and runs track for Centennial, in addition to playing football. His personal best is 11.04 seconds in the 100 meters, to go along with a 6’8” high jump. His personal best in the 40-yard dash is a hand-timed 4.45 seconds. He has been laser-timed at 4.51 seconds in the forty. He also reported personal bests of 41” in the standing vertical, 4.21 seconds in the 5-10-5 shuttle, and a bench max of 325 pounds.

He’s academically qualified, and on pace to graduate next May.

“Right now, I’m planning to come visit Missouri with my parents,” said Hall. “I told Coach Washington that Missouri is definitely on my priority list. I definitely want to visit there. I’ve heard only good things about the program. In talking to Coach Washington, he seems like a really good guy. So, I definitely want to make it up there.”

Hall said that he wants to make a decision during July, so he wants to visit Missouri before he makes a decision. He named Ole Miss, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, and Missouri as the schools that he is considering.

“I definitely want to get up there to visit Missouri before I make a decision,” said Hall. “Once I make a commitment, I’m not going back on it.”
