Recently, Daniels narrowed his list of schools to include Arizona State, Baylor, Illinois, Iowa, LSU, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas, and Texas Tech.
“In a few weeks”, he plans to narrow things down to the five schools to which he will take official visits. He has previously stated that Baylor, OU, and Texas Tech will be on his official visit list. He mentioned Texas as a school with which he has developed a good relationship and to which he might take an official visit.
He doesn’t currently have plans to visit Missouri, but he indicated that Missouri is recruiting him hard, and that Missouri is in the running for one of those remaining official visits.
“Missouri’s a really good academic school, and they’re also a really good athletic school,” said Daniels. “I’m really familiar with their football team. I’ve been a fan of their football team for a while.”
He’s planning to take five in-season official visits, then make a decision later this year.
