The Missouri Tigers jumped out to a quick lead behind a Marcus Murphy 96 yard kick off return for a score and never looked back.
The Missouri Tigers, behind two long Marcus Murphy special teams returns, and a strong defensive performance, blew out the Forida Gators 42-13 on the road in SEC play.
Murphy had a 96 yard kick off return for a TD to open the game, and a 82 yard punt return after the Gators were forced to punt after opening the second half with the ball. Marcus also added the Tigers only offensive TD with a 5 yard run.
PK Andrew Baggett connected on a couple of field goals.
DE Markus Golden and LB Darvin Ruise each scored a TD on a fumble return and interception return to add to the scoring.
The Tigers improved to 5-2 overall, 2-1 in SEC play.
