JUCO Howell Updates On Missouri

2015 junior college OT prospect spoke with ShowMeMizzou.com,and he updated us on his recruitment, and his visit plans.

Recently, Missouri offer and 2015 junior college OT prospect Tyler Howell 6’9” 305 El Dorado (KS) Butler Community College took a few minutes to speak with ShowMeMizzou.com, and he talked about his interest in Missouri, and he updated us on his recruitment, and his visit plans.

Howell currently holds offers from Arizona State, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisville, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Oklahoma State, and Penn State, among others, in addition to Missouri.

It appears that he’s kind of narrowed things down for now. He recently took an official visit to Arkansas. And, he’s taking an official visit to Ohio State "this week", which I took to mean either November 21st or November 28th.

Howell said that Missouri Offensive Coordinator Josh Henson came to see him during Missouri’s bye week. And, he said that he’s going to take an official visit to Missouri. He wasn’t exactly sure when, but it sounds like it will probabaly be December 12th.

Howell said that he will graduate in May, and that he’ll have three years to play two. He said that he’s taking a good look at Missouri.

“The ones I’m visiting (Arkansas, Missouri, and Ohio State) are the ones that I’m definitely considering,” explained Howell.

Howell has since informed Scout.com that he is also planning to visit Arizona State, probably the first weekend in December.

He said that he would like to take all five of his official visits before he makes a decision sometime closer to Signing Day.
