Wilson Names Missouri Among His Top Schools

Tennessee talent talks about his interest in the Missouri Tigers.

Recently, ShowMeMizzou.com spoke with Missouri offer and 2016 TE prospect Jordan Wilson 6’5” 215 Nashville (TN) Montgomery Bell. He talked about his interest in Missouri, and he updated us on the current status of his recruitment.

“I haven’t talked to Coach Henson in a while, but I’m staying on top, trying to figure out when I’m going to get up there for a visit.” explained Wilson. “(Coach Henson) wants me to come for a visit. He mentioned sometime in late-July.”

Wilson currently holds offers from Arkansas State, Florida Atlantic, Florida International, Illinois, Louisville, Marshall, Middle Tennessee State, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Ohio, Oklahoma State, Oregon State, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Western Kentucky, and West Virginia, in addition to Missouri. He’s also receiving interest from Michigan, Kentucky, Mississippi State, UCLA, and Tennessee.

Of late, Wilson has been participating in 7-on-7 competitions.

Wilson said that he “really doesn’t have a top list of schools”, but he did name several schools that he identified as in the picture, including Louisville, Missouri, Oklahoma State, UCLA, Vanderbilt, and West Virginia.

Wilson has already taken unofficial visits to Louisville, North Carolina, Vanderbilt, and West Virginia. He’s visiting UCLA this weekend.

“I was hoping to make a decision, you know, early during my senior season,” admitted Wilson. “But just depending on when I can take the visits.”

Wilson said that he doesn’t know when he’ll visit Missouri.

“I’m still hoping to visit Missouri this month,” explained Wilson. “But if I don’t get to (visit Missouri) this month, I’ll definitely be there for an official visit.”
