Tyler Foote has been making the rounds at camps over the past few weeks.
A 6-foot-2, 206-pound Class of 2018 quarterback, Foote has been showing what he's capable of in front of college coaches after a strong sophomore season that saw him put up big numbers while leading his high school, John Burroughs, to the Missouri Class 3 championship.
Foote recently picked up his first two offers — from Yale and Southeast Missouri State — but more should be on the way. He has a big arm, good film and is already a productive varsity quarterback. As a sophomore in 2015, he completed 61.6 percent of his passes for 2,121 yards, with 35 touchdowns against five interceptions, and also ran for 182 yards and three scores as the Bombers went 14-1.
Foote's recent camp appearances include Lindenwood University's mega camp that was headlined by Nebraska and Iowa State and the Illinois camp on Tuesday at Trinity Catholic High School in St. Louis. He is expected to attend Missouri's camp on June 9 in Columbia, Mo.
