Case Cook, an offensive lineman from Georgia, becomes Missouri's fourth offensive line commitment for the Class of 2017.
The University of Missouri football team's recent run in recruiting continued on Tuesday night.
Minutes after landing a commitment from Alabama linebacker Jamal Brooks, the Tigers received a pledge from Georgia offensive lineman Case Cook.
Cook, a three-star prospect, is a 6-foot-4, 279-pound offensive lineman who had more than a dozen scholarship offers from Power Five conference schools, including Miami, Penn State, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State and Louisville.
Cook became the fifth verbal commitment in four days for Missouri, following offensive lineman Larry Borom, wide receiver Roderick Ford, Class of 2018 defensive lineman Daniel Parker and Brooks.
Cook is the ninth verbal commitment for the Tigers’ 2017 recruiting class and the fourth offensive lineman.
