Texas WR Roderick Ford Decommits from Missouri

Texas Class of 2017 wide receiver Roderick Ford is re-opening his recruitment.

A few hours before the Missouri Tigers football program officially added some new signees on Wednesday, one committed recruit announced he was moving on from the Tigers.

Wide receiver Roderick Ford, a senior at Southwest High School in Fort Worth, Texas, announced late Tuesday night that he was decommitting from Missouri.

Ford, a two-star prospect, committed to the Tigers over a reported offer from Houston this summer, when he visited Missouri for the ‘Night at the Zou’ camp/recruiting event.

A 6-foot, 168-pounder, Ford was one of four wide receiver commitments for the Tigers, along with DaRon Davis, Jafar Armstrong and Elijah Gardiner
