Inside Mizzou is under new management. Scout.com has hired a new full time publisher to bring Tiger fans the very best in sports coverage for the University of Missouri. The University of Missouri has established itself as one of the premier athletic programs in the Big 12 and in the nation.

Under the direction of veteran Coach Gary Pinkel, the Missouri Tigers have made four back to back bowl appearances including participating in this years Alamo Bowl in San Antonio.

Scout.com is proud to announce the hiring of James Bryant as the new full-time publisher of Inside Mizzou.com.

Bryant has spent the last four years covering collegiate athletics, three years as co-publisher of the Ole Miss Rebel Sports.Net, and the last year serving as the full-time publisher of PonyStampede.com for the Scout.com network.

Bryant plans on placing a big emphasis on recruiting coverage, including in depth articles from a Missouri program prospective.

"Missouri fans want to know what the top prospects in the state and the nation think about their school," Bryant said. "Inside Mizzou will also focus on providing fans the best in recruiting coverage as well as the best team coverage in all the major sports from a positive point of view."

Photography, video and audio will also be a major focus for the new site.

"We will bring the latest technology to the fore front of Inside Mizzou's coverage of Missouri athletics," Bryant said. "We will always bring a think out side of the box mentality to our plans, bringing Tiger fans the very best sports coverage possible."

Consistent daily fresh content will be a major focus for Bryant and his staff.

"Fresh daily content on a consistent basis is crucial in this market," Bryant said. "Our game day coverage will be some of the best offered by anyone. I ask all Tiger fans to give us a chance to earn your business with our hard work and content production."

Another goal of Bryant's is to make the Inside Mizzou's Message Board communities the place to be for all Tiger fans to discuss everything that has to do with Missouri athletics.

"We already have some of the best and passionate fans currently on our message boards, we need to continue to build the community into the premier place for all Tiger fans to go," Bryant said. "I'm very excited about becoming a part of the Missouri Tiger family."
