Auburn's new offensive coordinator and former high school coach of Springdale Ark Gus Malazan came calling; he offered Ashton Glaser a different option.

Glaser, who graduated early from Springdale High School in December and expects to enroll at Missouri this month, has that changed.

"No sir, I'm still a Tiger, a Missouri Tiger for sure," Glaser told InsideMizzou.com Thursday night. "I told Coach Gus I appreciate it, but I'm going to stay close to home and play for the Tigers of Mizzou. Thanks but no thanks."

The fact that Auburn has no commitments at the signal caller position and the fact that Glaser wants a chance to play early, made the talented gunslinger to think for a couple of minutes or so.

"I feel I have that opportunity at Missouri," Glaser said. "I fell in love with Missouri; I feel that it's the place for me."

Glaser has been accepted to Missouri where he will start classes January 19th.
