Pinkel picks up another pledge from Texas DB

In Breaking News: just confirmed with Texas defensive back Donovan Bonner, he is the latest to become a Missouri Tiger. As he was returning from his Kansas State official visit, Bonner contacted to confirm the commitment. Go inside for the latest on his pledge.

The pledges continue to roll in here Monday afternoon for Gary Pinkel and the Missouri Tigers.

After returning from taking his official visit to Kansas State, Bonner let know that he was now a Tiger.

"Yes I have committed to Missouri," Bonner said. "I felt more comfortable with the players and coaches there."

Bonner, who got a late start on his official visit to K-State, was at the airport heading back to Dallas.

"I'm just getting back from my official visit, as I was sitting here weighing my options at the airport, I decided that Missouri was the best fit for me," Bonner said. "While K-State was a great visit and a great place, I just felt like Missouri was a better fit for me."

According to Bonner, Missouri is recruiting him to play safety for the Tigers. He had 8 interceptions his senior season, 50 solo tackles, over 90 overall tackles, 23 pass break ups, as he earned first teamm all-state honors.
