Mizzou Jr. Day to host one of nations best WR

That is appears to be true in 2010 for the University of Missouri. Coach Gary Pinkel and staff have extended a few offers already, including an official offer for Scout.com five star Justin McCay.

McCay, rated one of the best wide receivers in the country if not the best for the Class of 2010, confirmed with InsideMizzou.com Thursday afternoon that he indeed has an offer and a lot of interest in the Tigers.

"Right now I have over 11 offers," McCay explained. "Missouri offered me a while back; I definitely have interest in Mizzou. They have a good team, a great offense and they have great wide receivers."

While McCay has numerous offers, there is one place that he plans on being on January 31st.

"I will be in Columbia for Missouri's Jr. Day," McCay said. "I went to two games last year, one on campus and the other in Kansas City."

"McCay has a great build on his 6-4 200 pound frame," said Scout.com's Baron Flenory Midwest Recruiting expert. He has long wiry arms, chiseled back, thick traps, and long legs; it shows he can hold more weight without losing speed. With his height and athleticism, he is an obvious threat in the red zone."

McCay has an impressive offer sheet, other than the Tigers; he holds offers from Notre Dame, Florida, Colorado, Oregon, Nebraska and Kansas.

Stay tuned to InsideMizzou.com in the next week as we interview several of this year's attendees of Missouri's 2009 Junior Day.
