It appears that the University of Missouri is still in pursuit of one or two prospects in the Class of 2009.

InsideMizzou.com confirmed with Indian Hills Community College small forward LaRon Dendy is still being recruited by the Tigers according to the junior college standout.

"I have a lot of interest in Missouri," Dendy said in a Sunday interview. "The Tigers are really playing well right now; I love their style of basketball. They are definitely a team high on my wish list."

According to Dendy, a 6-foot-9, 225-pound athlete, Head coach Mike Anderson and an assistant coach came to see him last fall and the Tiger coaching staff has continued to stay in contact with the standout Scout.com three star prospect.

"The Mizzou coaches talk to my J.C. coaches at least once a week," Dendy said. "They definitely seem still interested in me."

Currently Dendy has official offers from Iowa State, Missouri, Maryland, Colorado and South Florida.

According to Dendy he will make a decision sometime in April.

"I'm hoping to get down there for a game in the near future," Dendy said. "Coach Anderson is supposed to be coming in the near future to see me play again. Mizzou is definitely one of my top schools."
