One question for all Tiger fans to consider.

How much is Mike Anderson worth to you and the Missouri Basketball program?

He has raised the Tiger Basketball program from the ashes, he has returned the Tigers to glory, yet some say it's not worth $2 million dollars that Georgia appears to be offering him to keep him.

Just think about all the national exposure that he has brought to this school, to Columbia Missouri and to the state. How much is that worth?

Remember the state of the basketball program before his arrival. All the rumors, controversy and black eye the other coach gave the program. How much was Quinn Snyder making? Isn't Anderson worth much more?

For those who say they love the school, that they are love the Tigers more than anyone, how can anyone suggest that Anderson isn't worth 2 million a year to keep him?

Anderson has built this program the right way, he has instilled confidence back into the players, and he has given back the luster to the program that had none three years ago.

Several things that all Tiger fans need to do if Anderson stays at Missouri.

Every game needs to be sold out, even the early games. Show the players and the coaching staff that they made the right decision to stay in Columbia.

Answer to yourself how much is it worth to keep him.

If you don't think so then don't complain later when he leaves. If you want a top flight program, let the powers of be know your feelings, tell them to do what it takes to keep Coach Mike Anderson at Mizzou.

Yes the economy is not very good, but how much better is it in Columbia with the winning year and the excitement that Anderson and this team has brought this season to this small college town?

I know I haven't been here long, but it doesn't take a genus or expert to realize how important Anderson has been to the turn around of this basketball program.

Now the big question is how important is to keep this momentum going.

I'm betting we will have the answer in the next couple of days, I for one hope that the right decision is made. Take emotions out of it. It's a business and Anderson has earned your respect and hopefully he will earn a new contract at Missouri.
